Kyra G. Harkins is an associate at the Firm. Mrs. Harkins’ practice focuses on representing professionals and individuals in white collar investigations and in civil litigation with an emphasis on representing health care providers.

Since joining the Firm as an associate, Mrs. Harkins co-counseled a complex multi-week $65 Million dollar health care fraud and kickback conspiracy resulting in a complete acquittal. The Firm’s client was a former district manager for Pfizer. And, prior to joining the Firm as an associate, Kyra assisted in the preparation of multiple federal criminal trials.

Kyra also represents clients charged with or under investigation for health care fraud, kickbacks, FDA violations, tax offenses, bribery, money laundering, FCPA violations, or other white-collar crimes. Those clients range from physician practices and health care sales and marketing professionals to owners of nursing schools and foreign nationals. Kyra also hones her skills from working at a large civil law firm prior to joining the Firm and is actively involved in civil litigation against large companies such as Geico and Point Blank.  

In law school at the University of Miami, Mrs. Harkins was an editor for the Law Review. Prior to entering law school, Kyra gained real life experience; first,  in the corporate world working in sales and business development at a large software company and then for Frito-Lay, and second, by dedicating her time to assisting with the representation of criminal defendants as a legal assistant for a small law firm.

In her free time, Kyra enjoys international travel and Philadelphia sports. Kyra is a proud graduate of Pennsylvania State University.
