Andrew S. Feldman is the founder of Feldman Firm, PLLC. Mr. Feldman is a trial lawyer who defends professionals, corporations, health care providers, foreign nationals, and health care marketers throughout the United States in government investigations from the investigative phase through trial. The Firm’s practice focuses heavily on representing health care providers, organizations, and marketers, ensnared in investigations or prosecutions involving violations of the health care fraud statute, violations of the Anti-Kickback Statute, the False Claims Act, or other health care fraud and abuse laws.
In addition to the Firm’s health care fraud and abuse practice, the Firm has represented clients in global investigations targeting violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), including a former treasurer of Venezuela. Mr. Feldman has also defended clients throughout Latin America including clients in the FIFA and Odebrecht investigations, and regularly defends individuals as “targets” of government investigations involving allegations of bribery, money laundering, violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), securities fraud, and tax evasion. Mr. Feldman's international practice also includes extensive experience defending clients in OFAC investigations and substantial experience representing clients in extradition proceedings involving Spain, Argentina, Thailand, and Japan.
Mr. Feldman represents companies in complex civil litigation and has recovered substantial funds and property for clients. Mr. Feldman prevailed in a bench trial against the IRS in an IRS summons proceeding involving foreign assets and accounts.
